    Here’s how you can contact us:

    We are closed on 23 December until the New Year.

    We re-open 3 January if you have queries about housing, social welfare or refugee issues.

    We re-open 9 January for queries about immigration, citizenship and visas.

     

    If you need our help or advice:

    • Please phone us first or send us an email – see below for contact details or use the web contact form
    • Include your details, a contact number and a brief description of what you want help with
    • We’ll ring you back or reply by email
    • If we can help you by phone, email or video call, we’ll do that
    • We’ll make an appointment to meet you if we can’t help you by phone or email

    Our office hours are 10am – 1pm & 2pm – 4pm, Monday to Friday.

    If you have an appointment but feel unwell, please let us know and we will re-arrange it for you.
