Living in Ireland Workshops - Sharing Migrant Experiences
Posted: Thursday, July 01, 2010
Crosscare Migrant Project, with the financial assistance of Fingal County Council, is running workshops called Living in Ireland - Sharing Migrant Experiences in County Fingal. The workshops are based on our Living in Ireland resource which was launched last year: www.livinginireland.ie. The workshops will provide a space for newly arrived and more established migrants to share their experiences of living in Ireland. The aim of the workshops is to pass on practical information by learning from other migrant experiences. These workshops will be facilitated by Dil Wickremasinghe, social entrepreneur and presenter of Global Village on Newstalk 106-108FM.
The first workshop takes place on Thursday, 15th July 2010 from 5.00pm to 8.30pm in the Crosscare building on Main Street, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15. Further workshops will take place in Blanchardstown, Balbriggan and Swords in the autumn.
To book your place on the next workshop or if you would like further information please contact Nicola Yau on (01) 873 2844 or by email: nicolayau@crosscare.ie
