Following the development of the Immigrant Council of Ireland (ICI) Mentoring Programme in 2009 Crosscare with the support of the ICI will run a mentoring programme that will match local people (Irish and any other long established Irish residents) with migrants through one to one mentoring relationships.

To assist in the promotion of an integrated local community in the Dublin 15 area the Crosscare Mentoring Programme facilitates one-to-one non-judgmental relationships in which newcomers who are migrants and longer established residents voluntarily share time over a 3 month period.

Crosscare Migrant Project launched our Living in Ireland multi-language integration resource on 25th November 2009 at City Wall Space in the Wood Quay Venue, Dublin City Council Civic Offices.

This project is co-financed by the European Commission under the European Integration Fund and is supported by the Office for the Promotion of Migrant Integration in the Dept of Justice & Equality & Pobal.
